Service Description

If your child is experiencing emotional and behavioural challenges play therapy support the child's processing of challenging experiences and help them express or communicate their feelings within appropriate ways. I use a child-centred non-directive approach where the child is allowed to direct the sessions. This allows the child to process and make sense of their world and experiences through play and/or art.
